Brown Bass is operated by Dime Box LLC. We want you to be happy with your menu photo set. If you are not, here is how refunds work.
The promise
100% refund within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. If you email us within 7 calendar days of the day we deliver your photos and ask for a refund, we will refund the full amount you paid. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Email max@brownbass.xyz from the address on your order and write "refund request" in the subject line. We will confirm and process the refund within 5 business days through Stripe, back to the original card or payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
After the 7-day window
After 7 days from delivery, orders are considered accepted and are non-refundable. If something is wrong with your files (broken downloads, wrong dishes, technical issues with the images), email us anyway — we will make it right regardless of the date.
Use of the images after a refund
When you receive a refund, the commercial license to the delivered images is revoked. You agree to stop using the refunded images on your menu, website, social media, and any third-party platforms within a reasonable time and to delete the files from your systems.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please email us first — we will almost certainly resolve it faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback before contacting us is not necessary and may delay resolution.
Free sample photos
Free sample photos sent as part of our outreach are, well, free — there is nothing to refund.
